Bird Watch

Stocking up on everything we need

Stocking up on everything we need

At the start of February the Eco Council took part in RSPB’s national bird watch.  To get ready for this three of our Eco Councillors used the money we had raised from the Bag2School collection to buy bird seed, bird feeders and some grass seed for the quiet garden.

On the day of the bird watch it was very windy so we didn’t get to spot too many birds.

Have a look at our photos. You can see the bird hide we sat in with all our bird ID information. Daniele is having a closer look through the telescope and the three councillors are at the garden centre having bought all we needed.

Is that a robin?

It looks cosy in there.

Now what is that bird I can see?

Thank you for voting for me to be in the Eco council. I can’t wait for the first meeting! I just thought I’d say thank you and try out the school blog! If you have any Eco issues please come and tell the Eco council!
